1. Advisory Scope
Front and Center Digital delivers diagnostic audits and organic placement advisory designed to enhance brand visibility in artificial intelligence assistants and generative search systems. We do not provide website design, software engineering, paid advertising, or general PR management.
2. The Shortlist Audit
The Shortlist Audit evaluates brand visibility across an agreed matrix of 30 to 50 buyer queries across six leading AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Overviews).
- Timeline: Initial unedited transcripts, initial category source map, and quick-win gaps are delivered within ten (10) working days. The formal dated baseline report is delivered at day thirty (30), averaged across four weeks of query runs.
- Fee Credit: The audit fee (USD 1,500 to 2,500) is credited 100% against the first month of an ongoing retainer programme if commissioned within 60 days of audit delivery.
3. Ongoing Retainer & 120-Day Guarantee
Ongoing advisory programmes (starting from USD 3,500/month) execute editorial placements, directory verification, and citation expansion.
The 120-Day Performance Guarantee
We contractually commit to achieving a minimum +15 percentage point increase in your Shortlist Share (or top-3 category ranking in agreed buying prompts) within one hundred and twenty (120) days of programme commencement, measured against your formal dated baseline.
If the formal 120-day re-measurement does not reflect this benchmark, Front and Center Digital continues all placement and optimization work at zero additional advisory fee until the guaranteed lift is achieved.
4. Honest Reporting & Transparency
All Shortlist Share figures are reported faithfully, including periods where metrics decline due to model updates or competitor activity. Neither party may alter question sets retrospectively to manipulate outcome metrics.
